Casteel Composite Wear Co., Ltd. was founded in 2003, aiming to become an industry-leading foundry and supplier of wear-resistant parts for mining, quarrying, construction, metal recycling and heavy engineering.

With decades of expertise in industrial casting and wear component development, we are an innovator dedicated to lowering operational costs caused by abrasion and impact wear.

We develop and manufacture a comprehensive range of composite wear parts, including carbide-insert castings, advanced composite materials and hardfacing overlay products. Our core offering covers titanium carbide (TiC) insert wear parts, tungsten carbide embedded components and carbide-reinforced steel composites, supplemented by custom wear-resistant castings in high-chromium, manganese and multi-element alloys.

By integrating ultra-hard carbide phases within a tough steel matrix, our composite parts deliver extended service life and a reduced cost per ton. These solutions fit most well-known models of crushers, milling machinery, HPGR and heavy-duty construction equipment.

Our core product line includes TiC insert jaw plates, hammers, cone and gyratory mantles, bowl liners and concaves, composite blow bars, TiC/bimetallic grinding rollers and tyres, and tungsten carbide HPGR studs — extending from VSI parts, bucket teeth and blow bars to large concaves, mantles, jaw plates, grates and mill liners, and much more.

In addition, our products have been exported to numerous countries, including Saudi Arabia, Russia, America, Mexico, Spain, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Australia and Chile, among others.
